I acknowledge the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the continuing connection of First Nations peoples to Country, culture, family and community.

I honour the strength, resilience, knowledge and wisdom of First Nations women and mothers, and those who have cared for, nurtured and supported their families and communities across generations. I acknowledge the birthing, parenting and mothering traditions that have been carried forward through generations, and the women who have paved the way for those who come after them.

I recognise the importance of connection to Country, culture, family and community to the wellbeing of First Nations peoples. I am committed to continuing to learn, listen and work respectfully alongside First Nations communities.
